Ron and his asst came out the same morning and gave us a price on taking down 3 trees that were too close to our garage. They were back in a couple of hours with their chipper equipment and started the work. They were done in record time about 40 minutes. Cleaned up the street and yard. Had all the branches mulched up and cut the trunk up and hauled it away on their trailer. Very professional and no mishaps. Did the job as requested for the price quoted. I would definitely use this company again.

First of all I really thought that they would reschedule due to the rain that day. As I was about to give up, an armada of trucks and equipment descended on my house. I felt as if I was under siege. A small army of workers piled out of the vehicles armed with rakes, chain saws, axes, I'm sure I one guy with a leaf blower even. There was a blur of activity, lots of loud noises and about an hour later I heard the sounds of retreat. There then came a gentle knock on my door and the owner of the company and chief tree surgeon asked me to come and give the job a once over. As I gazed at the places were trees used to stand I was in awe that not only was all the debris gone but they had carried off all the wood, blown my driveway clear of debris, and raked my yard. I was speechless. I gladly wrote my check and have plans to have this crew back out to take down another few trees that have pine beetles. If you want a tree cut down this is the guy to call. His prices aren't the cheapest but they aren't the highest. I've learned that you get what you pay for and that is the case here. I was left with no clean up at all. They are bonded and insured so if he drops a tree on your house or car - its covered.

A two-man team arrived and asked us what we wanted done. They promptly got to work, and cut the 80' fallen oak tree into fireplace size pieces, even some of the larger branches. When they were finished, they politely let us know they'd be on their way. We were very pleased with their work. This was the second time I've used Economy Tree Service. The first time was a couple of months earlier at a different location. I needed to have 3 dead oak trees and 2 dying large oak trees cut down. The owner came out, gave his suggestions, and gave me an estimate. He was back the next day, and his crew cut and dropped the trees quickly, neatly, and professionally. We were impressed with their work.

Team arrived on Sunday as promised. Ron climbed two trees in front and carefully removed some large dangerous dead limbs. Other members of the team took care of chipping the limbs. They then dropped the sweet gum and working together quickly had it off the road. Before moving to the back yard they pulled out an old basketball pole with their bobcat (saving my back) and pulled out a bush where the new pole will be installed. Ron climbed the trees in back and trimmed them up to the requested sight line. They cleaned up not only "their" mess but other areas as well. Jim and Ron have an great team. It is fun to watch them work - no wasted time or effort - worked hard the whole time. It is unbelievable how Ron climbs the trees and wields the chain saw in the tops of these trees. (As Jim said "We trim the trees for free, you pay to watch the show." Humorous but also accurate.) Highly recommend Economy Tree Service. Can believe they are not already on Angie's list.
